Swim Training + Masters Squad Sessions
We invite you to come train in our pool. This is a month to month contract where you are able to train in our pool for an hour and attend our weekly masters squad sessions.
While there will be someone on site, there is no dedicated coach for these sessions. However, should a coach or instructor be available during the 60 minutes, they are available to offer tips on swimming technique.
These sessions are for those of you who can swim and would like to build endurance, strength, fitness, train for your next swimming event or triathlon.
Age group: 16 years or older, please note that should a swimmer be under the age of 18, parental supervision is required.
Session duration: 60 minutes
Price: R 1 060.00 per month (month to month contract)
