Course 1 & 2

We run 2x 8 day accelerated adult swim courses as follows:

Course 1: Learn to Swim (8 day course)
Course 2: Stroke Development (8 day course)

Current dates are as follows:

• Learn to Swim
  • TBC
• Safety Swimming
  • TBC

• Limited to 5 swimmers per course.
• Monday - Thursday Mornings

2026 Prices:

R 3 750.00 (Incl VAT) and get a free SSA cap

Things to bring:

• Swimming costume
• Towel
• Water bottle

Things to note:

• 1x cap will be issued per swimmer
• Please do not wear goggles
• All lessons are compulsory as they build from one lesson to the next
• There are no make up lessons
• Please ensure that you are on time.
