Course 2: Stroke Development
Sarah's Swim Academy provides a very successful Stroke Development course specially designed to develop adults stroke once they are watersafe. This course is only given to those adults who have successfully completed our Learn to Swim course.

- 8 day course
- limited to 5 swimmers per course, and open to everyone.

Skills mastered
- Jump into the water
- Swim to a person
- Recover a person from the water & swim back to safety
- Lift a person out of the pool
Things to bring:
- Swimming costume
- Towel
- Water bottle
- SSA Cap from course 1
Things to note:
- Please do not wear goggles
- All lessons are compulsory as you build from one lesson to the next
- There are no make up lessons
- Please ensure that you are on time.
